These terms govern your use of mssventuresllc.com (the "Site"), operated by MSS Ventures LLC, a California limited liability company ("MSS Ventures", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Informational purpose only
The Site describes our company and what we do. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, nor is it investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Nothing on the Site creates a client, partnership, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and MSS Ventures.
No offer of employment
References to hiring describe our general practice of recruiting for remote roles. They are not an offer of employment, a guarantee of available work, or a promise of any particular role, schedule, or compensation. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

Governing law and venue

Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MSS Ventures regarding the Site.
